Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence based approach that is particularly helpful in preventing the relapse of depression and anxiety.
The coming home to yourself program is an online program over ten weeks to explore mindfulness, compassion and wisdom. This course is for you if you’d like to learn mindfulness and its applications in your everyday life as well as if you wish to deepen your practice and inquiry.
The Mindfulness retreat was a very fruitful experience. I got to experience myself in a new way. I am very grateful that I got to experience so many different mindfulness techniques from the amazing teachers of Just Being. The inner social circle, body art based mindfulness, Honey visualisation Meditation and 5 element based meditations were my favourites. I loved doing them.
