40 Day Practice of Mindfulness, Compassion & Wisdom

This is a carefully curated offering that unfolds systematically and supports us in deeply listening to ourselves. It is curated and led by Sandy Dias Andrade, internationally certified MBCT teacher and Mindfulness & Presence Oriented Psychotherapist

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (8- week Online Program)

Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) is an evidence based approach that is particularly helpful in preventing the relapse of depression and anxiety.

Workshops for Individuals

The coming home to yourself program is an online program over ten weeks to explore mindfulness, compassion and wisdom. This course is for you if you’d like to learn mindfulness and its applications in your everyday life as well as if you wish to deepen your practice and inquiry.
