The first of its kind in India that had over 200 people attending and speakers from around the world, this international Conference focused on honouring various perspectives on mindfulness, philosophical as well as theoretical, and to bring together various evidence-based mindfulness approaches in therapy, counselling and community under one roof. The MiEM Conference brought together around 80 teachers and school leaders from schools in the city of Pune and around for a three day exploration on Mindfulness for the Teacher or Educator. It also looked at applications in the classroom. The conference was a co-creation of various schools like the MKF Foundation, Kaveri Group of Schools and a number of facilitators.
